Seamless Service from Start to Sip

  1. Consultation: Fill out our inquiry form by clicking “contact us”. We’ll set up a meeting (phone or zoom) to discuss your vision, guest count, and preferences.

  2. Curated Menu: We design a custom drink menu tailored to your event theme and palate.

  3. Shopping List Guide: We provide you with a detailed shopping list for the alcohol (Texas law compliance), while we bring everything else.

  4. Event Day: We arrive early to set up, prep fresh ingredients on-site, and serve your guests with style.

  • The custom package that we will create together CAN include,

    • the bar(s)

    • travel, set up, & breakdown (all packages)

    • bartender(s)

    • tableside wine service (during dinner)

    You can absolutely request anything else you would like and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

  • Due to Texas liquor licensing laws, we operate as a "dry hire" service. This means you purchase the alcohol (saving you money on markup!), and we provide the expertise, mixers, garnishes, and equipment to serve it perfectly. We will provide you with a detailed shopping list based on your guest count.

  • If you already have a bar and just need set up and service, we can absolutely bring our setup (mixers, cups, etc.) and use your bar!

    Or, if you would like a bartender to come serve with the setup you provide, we can do that too!

    We will discuss all of your needs during our first meeting/call.

  • Absolutely. We carry full General Liability and Liquor Liability insurance for your peace of mind and venue requirements.

  • We offer flexible pricing based on guest count, duration of services, and client preferences. After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs.

  • We provide high quality disposable cups to serve your beverages in. If you would like to rent/supply glasses for us to use from another company, we will be happy to use them.

    For full-service events we provide the bar itself, all tools needed by your bartender, disposable cups, straws, beverage napkins, garnishes, mixers, and any syrups or extra ingredients needed for any custom cocktails. We also provide coolers to keep things cold, and can provide ice if needed.
